All NEW Chiropractic Clients must schedule a Consultation/First Visit + Chiropractic Adjustment appointment with Dr. King for their first visit.
This includes all new family members, including new pediatric clients. You must create a new profile for each family member and choose the Pediatric Consultation offering for all children ages 13 and under.
If booking only a Reiki/Shamanic Healing Session, you may book without the Consultation/First Visit + Chiropractic offering.
If it has been SIX MONTHS or longer since your last visit with Dr. King, you must schedule an Extended Visit and fill out an updated intake form.
Community Adjustments are for established clients only, but our Community Reiki offering is open to all. Both offerings are non-refundable.
Due to the unique, holistic nature of our offerings, WE ARE UNABLE TO BILL any insurance, Medicare, Personal Injury Cases, or provide superbills. Please let us know if you need a local referral for Chiropractors in the area that do bill these services.

Dr. Amy King earned her Elementary Education Degree from Ferris State University before completing her Chiropractic doctorate work from Life University in 2013. Dr. King has furthered her education by receiving specialized trainings in Bio-geometric Integration, Usui Reiki, and other energetic healing techniques.
